Starr Gulledge

Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration

Starr Gulledge serves as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for REV Entertainment, where she leads the organization’s finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative functions.

With more than 40 years of accounting and financial leadership experience – including nearly three decades with the Texas Rangers organization – Starr provides strategic financial oversight across REV Entertainment’s diverse portfolio of businesses, venues, and real estate ventures. She is responsible for financial planning, reporting, treasury, compliance, operational administration, and organizational governance while helping drive long-term growth and operational excellence.

Throughout her time in the organization, Starr has played an integral role in the financial management of many of the club’s transformational projects, including the development of Globe Life Field, the Rangers’ Dominican Academy, the club’s Spring Training complex in Surprise, Arizona, and financial planning efforts surrounding Major League Baseball’s 2024 All-Star Game.

A native of New Orleans, Starr graduated from Irving High School before earning a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She and her husband, Chuck, reside in Weatherford, Texas and share three sons, Kelley, Rhett and Clay, a daughter, Amanda, and six grandsons, ranging in age from toddler to teenager, and a newborn granddaughter.
