Madison SanFilippo

Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President

Madison SanFilippo serves as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for REV Entertainment.

SanFilippo has been instrumental in elevating the REV brand and driving strategic initiatives across the company. She leads marketing, investor relations and strategic planning across all REV business units, including establishing the company’s first data analytics division.

SanFilippo spent a decade with the Texas Rangers from 2011–20 before rejoining the organization as REV Entertainment’s Senior Director of Communications in December 2021. She was promoted to Vice President of Sports Management and Brand in 2023, where she oversaw team and venue operations while helping guide the acquisition and integration of REV’s growing portfolio of partner league properties, including the Cleburne Railroaders, Kane County Cougars, Long Island Ducks and Schaumburg Boomers. She also helped establish the New Mexico Goatheads as an expansion franchise in the ECHL and led REV’s involvement in the development of The Arena at Innovation Mile and Texas Health Mansfield Stadium.

SanFilippo originally joined the Rangers in 2011 and became a full-time member of the club’s communications department in 2012, serving in various communications and broadcasting roles. She played a key role in developing and executing strategic communications efforts for the construction and opening of Globe Life Field as she handled media and community outreach and social media management for the three-year project.

SanFilippo also spent time overseeing marketing and public relations efforts for a Dallas-based real estate company before rejoining the organization.

SanFilippo was selected as a 2022 MLB Katy Feeney Award recipient and is a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. She resides in Flower Mound, Texas with her husband, Brian, and son, Jack.
