  • With the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, if your inquiry or the products or services that you are interested in relates to the Rangers;
  • After removing the portions of the information that could be used to identify you or your household, we may use the remaining information for internal business purposes, and we may share such remaining information with our affiliates (including the Texas Rangers Baseball Club);
  • To protect your safety or the safety of others, such as to investigate fraud or to comply with applicable laws; and
  • To improve the operations of this Site and the products and services that we offer on this Site.

 

Sharing

Service Providers.  We may share your personal information with third party service providers (“Service Providers”) to perform certain functions relating to the operation of the Site, such as credit card processors, disaster recovery data center providers, and other similar support services. Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose to you the following information about our collection and use of your personal information in connection with the Site over the 12 months preceding your request:

  • the categories of sources from which the personal information about you was collected;

Verification of Requests; Exceptions

We will acknowledge receipt of your request with respect to the above rights and advise you how long we expect it will take to respond. In some instances, we may not be able to honor your request. For example, we will not honor your request if we cannot verify your identity or if we cannot verify that you have the authority to make a request on behalf of another California resident. We will advise you in our response if we are not able to honor your request. We will not provide specific identification numbers, account passwords, security questions and answers, or any specific pieces of information if the disclosure presents the possibility of unauthorized access that could result in identity theft, fraud, or unreasonable risk to data or systems and network security.

We will work to process all verified requests within 45 days. If we require additional time (up to an additional 45 days) in order to process your request, we will provide you with an explanation for the delay.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny services, charge different prices, offer a differing quality of service, or otherwise discriminate against you for exercising the above rights, except as otherwise provided under the CCPA.

 

Collection and Disclosure of Personal Information

In the past 12 months, we have not “sold” personal information subject to and as provided under the CCPA, including personal information of minors under the age of 16.
