Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President

Scott Hays serves as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of REV Entertainment, where he oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, contract management, risk management, and corporate development initiatives.

Hays joined REV Entertainment as Corporate Counsel in 2024 and was promoted to Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President in 2026. He brings a diverse background in sports law, compliance, and executive leadership, providing strategic legal counsel across the organization’s growing portfolio of sports, entertainment, and real estate ventures.

Prior to joining REV, Hays spent seven years with Conference USA, where he held several leadership positions spanning compliance, academics, student-athlete development, sports services, and legal affairs. He concluded his tenure as Chief of Staff and General Counsel.

Before Conference USA, Hays completed an NCAA Postgraduate Internship, working with the NCAA Eligibility Center during the 2016–17 academic year. While attending law school, he worked as a Multi-Practice Financial Associate with Fidelity Investments and interned with the University of North Texas Athletics compliance office.

A native of The Woodlands, Texas, Hays earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Midwestern State University and a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and was recognized as one of Fort Worth Magazine’s Top Attorneys in 2025.

Scott and his wife, Allee, have two children, Hudson and Hayden, and reside in McKinney, Texas.
