Brian Lyter

Vice President of sports management

Brian Lyter serves as Vice President of Sports Management for REV Entertainment, a role he assumed in July 2026. He oversees REV’s owned and managed sports properties, including the Kane County Cougars and Cleburne Railroaders of the American Association, the Schaumburg Boomers of the Frontier League, the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League, and the New Mexico Goatheads of the ECHL.

Lyter focuses on enhancing the business operations at REV’s partner teams, while elevating the fan experience and driving revenue growth. He also serves on the boards of the Frontier League, Atlantic League and ECHL.

Lyter joined REV as a consultant in January 2026 and brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across Minor League Baseball and professional sports organizations.

Prior to joining REV, Lyter served as President of Salvi Sports Enterprises, providing executive oversight for the company’s portfolio of professional sports franchises, including the Gary SouthShore RailCats and Schaumburg Boomers.

Earlier in his career, Lyter spent four seasons as General Manager of the Gary SouthShore RailCats after holding leadership positions with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and the Arkansas Travelers.

Lyter holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University. He resides in Crown Point, Indiana with his wife, Laura, and two daughters.
