Jared Schrom

Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President

Jared Schrom serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of REV Entertainment and Principal of RVX Ventures.

Schrom has played an integral role in the growth of REV Entertainment, including the successful launch of RVX Ventures in 2026. In his current role, Schrom provides executive leadership across all REV operating divisions, including Events, Sports Marketing, RVX Ventures, and Venue Operations.

Throughout his career, Schrom has developed strong, long-standing relationships with leading industry partners, including Live Nation, AEG, Penske Entertainment, Teton Ridge, the Big 12 Conference, the Southeastern Conference, All Elite Wrestling, the United Football League, and more.

Schrom played a pivotal role in the creation and expansion of the College Baseball Series, an annual portfolio of college baseball tournaments operated by REV at Globe Life Field and other locations nationwide. Since launching the tournaments in 2021, REV has hosted more than 50 teams and 200 games across its properties.

In 2026, Schrom was named a Principal of RVX Ventures, a sports-anchored development company focused on investing in, developing, and operating best-in-class mixed-use entertainment districts across the United States. He plays a key role in driving the growth of the company’s development platform.

A former Division I pitcher at Stephen F. Austin State University, Schrom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration before being selected by the Texas Rangers in 2009. He spent time pitching in the organization’s minor league system before transitioning into a corporate career.

Since joining the Texas Rangers organization in 2013, Schrom has been a key contributor to the growth of its entertainment business. He began as an Account Executive with Rangers Enterprises before advancing to Director of Sales for Rangers Events, where he led all special event sales efforts. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Events in 2020, Vice President with the formation of REV Entertainment in 2021, Senior Vice President in 2024, and Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President in 2026.

A native of El Paso, Texas, Schrom resides in Mansfield with his wife, Laura, and their two daughters, Aniston and Olivia.
