ARLINGTON, Texas – REV Entertainment today announced the 2026 dates for its flagship college baseball tournaments at Globe Life Field. The sport’s premier regular season showcase will once again span three consecutive weekends, beginning with the Shriners Children’s College Showdown (Feb. 13-15) and followed by the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series (Weekend 2: Feb. 20-22; Weekend 3: Feb. 27-March 1).
For the first time ever, each weekend will feature six programs, bringing a total of 18 top college baseball teams to Arlington to kick off the 2026 season. Fans are encouraged to follow @GlobeLifeField and @CBS_Arlington on social media and subscribe to the Globe Life Field Events Newsletter for team announcements and priority access to ticket opportunities when they are announced in the coming days.
Globe Life Field has become a must-visit destination on the college baseball calendar, having hosted 140+ games and 40+ teams since opening its doors. Notably, two of the last four College World Series champions – Tennessee (2024) and Mississippi State (2021) – opened their seasons by playing at Globe Life Field. Next year will mark the sixth consecutive year for college baseball games to be held at Globe Life Field, and the third straight year for the venue to host three consecutive weekends of action.
Shriners Children’s, a global leader in pediatric care, and Amegy Bank, one of Texas’ most respected financial institutions, will return as title partners for the events. A portion of proceeds from all three weekends will benefit Shriners Children’s. Both tournaments are owned and operated by REV Entertainment, the official sports and entertainment partner of the Texas Rangers.
