ARLINGTON, TX — REV Entertainment today announced a series of executive leadership promotions, recognizing the individuals whose leadership has helped drive the company’s growth and will continue to shape its strategic future.
The promotions include Jared Schrom (Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President), Starr Gulledge (Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration), Madison SanFilippo (Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President), Scott Hays (Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President), and the hiring of Brian Lyter (Vice President, Sports Management).
“These leadership appointments are about more than new titles, they reflect the tremendous contributions these individuals have already made, and our confidence in their ability to lead REV into its next chapter,” President Sean Decker said. “REV Entertainment has incredible momentum, exciting opportunities ahead, and a leadership team that is well positioned to continue building into its next phase.”
Schrom has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Since joining REV in 2013, Schrom has played an integral role in the growth of REV Entertainment, including the successful launch of RVX Ventures earlier this year. In this new role, Schrom will provide executive leadership across all REV operating divisions, including Events, Sports Marketing, RVX Ventures, and Venue Operations.
Gulledge has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. With more than 30 years of experience with the Texas Rangers organization, Gulledge has been a trusted leader and an invaluable partner to REV. She will continue leading the Finance and Human Resources department, while providing strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and oversight of the organization’s administrative operations.
SanFilippo has been promoted to Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President. SanFilippo, who has been with the Rangers organization since 2011, including the past five years with REV, has been instrumental in elevating the REV brand and driving strategic initiatives across the company. In this expanded role, she will lead marketing and strategic planning across all REV Entertainment business units while also establishing and overseeing a new Data Analytics division.
Hays has been promoted to Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President. Hays, who joined REV as corporate counsel in 2024, will continue overseeing all legal affairs of the company, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, contract management, and corporate development initiatives, while serving as a key strategic advisor to the leadership team.
In addition, REV announced the appointment of Lyter as Vice President, Sports Management. Lyter has served as a consultant to REV since January 2025, prior to joining REV, Lyter has served more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in Minor League Baseball and professional partner leagues. Lyter will oversee REV’s owned and managed sports properties (Kane County Cougars & Cleburne Railroaders (American Association), Schaumburg Boomers (Frontier League), Long Island Ducks (Atlantic League), and New Mexico Goatheads (ECHL)).
Guy Tomcheck will continue serving as an integral part of the leadership team as Vice President of Sports Marketing, reporting directly to President Sean Decker. Tomcheck will continue leading REV’s Sports Marketing division, overseeing sponsorship strategy, partnership development, and client relationships while collaborating closely with Schrom on strategic initiatives that support the division’s continued growth.
