ARLINGTON, Texas – Sean Decker, President of REV Entertainment and Executive Vice President of Sports and Entertainment for the Texas Rangers, has been named to the prestigious Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 Class of 2025.
The annual award, which was unveiled Monday, recognizes 40 of the top young executives in sports and entertainment for their outstanding contributions to the industry.
To celebrate their selection, all honorees in the Class of 2025 will be featured in SBJ’s June 16 issue and will be recognized in November at a black-tie gala at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan.
Sean Decker originally joined the Rangers organization in 2010 and has served as President of REV Entertainment since its inception, establishing the company as a leader in the sports and entertainment industry. Under his leadership, REV has expanded to include several verticals focused on enhancing the events and entertainment business nationwide: REV Events, REV Sports Management, and REV Sports Marketing.
Under Sean, REV has established relationships with some of the top names in the events and entertainment industry – including Live Nation, AEG, Teton Ridge, Big 12 Conference, and the United Football League to name a few – and has spearheaded efforts to bring first-of-its-kind events to Arlington, including The Grand Prix of Arlington (March 2026), AEW All In: Texas (July 2025), and more.
