ARLINGTON, Texas – Arlington was the center of the baseball universe this month, as MLB brought its week-long All-Star Week festivities to Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and the Arlington Entertainment District. The 94th edition of the MLB All-Star Game marked the first Midsummer Classic played in Arlington since 1995.
The Texas Rangers kicked off the second ‘half’ of their season this past week, with home series against the Baltimore Orioles (July 19-21) and Chicago White Sox (July 22-25) prior to playing host to the Boston Red Sox (August 2-4) and rival Houston Astros (August 5-7).
Baseball fans can elevate their ballpark experience with a Pregame Tour, allowing them to explore the ballpark before gates open and watch batting practice from above the Rangers Dugout. Globe Life Field’s 2024 concert season continues with a show by K-pop group ATEEZ on Sunday, July 28. The venue has seven concerts on the calendar in 2024, with Journey, Def Leppard, and Steve Miller Band (Aug. 12), Green Day (Sept. 11), Kane Brown (Sept. 14), P!NK (Nov. 6), and Cody Johnson (Nov. 9) still to come this year. At Choctaw Stadium, North Texas SC of MLS Next Pro continues their season with three home games between now and the end of August on July 27 (St. Louis SC 2), August 10 (Sporting Kansas City II), and August 17 (Houston Dynamo 2).

From the creators of Enchant Christmas, this immersive holiday light experience will take place from Nov. 22 through Dec. 29.
